THE AIRPORT, WITHOUT THE DRIVE

Park at UPTOWN. Glide to the gate.

Park at the designated MARTA lot at Lindbergh Center Station — the rail stop at Resurgens Center at UPTOWN — and ride directly to Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. A simple north-metro option that avoids airport roadway traffic entirely.

Regular MARTA schedules show about 28 minutes on weekdays southbound; the typical range allows for boarding and schedule variation. Add time for parking, walking, baggage and airport security — this is not a door-to-gate estimate.

    Park

    Use designated MARTA parking behind its headquarters, off Sidney Marcus Boulevard. For overnight or multi-day travel, use the long-term area and check posted rules.

  2. STEP02

    Enter Lindbergh Center Station

    Walk to the station gates at UPTOWN, keep your parking ticket with you and have your fare ready. Follow signs for the southbound platform.

  3. STEP03

    Ride to Airport

    Board a southbound Red or Gold service displaying Airport. After 9 p.m., use Gold; Red runs only between here and North Springs. Airport Station is at the Domestic Terminal.

MARTA arrives at the Domestic Terminal. For International Terminal check-in, confirm your airline’s requirements and allow time for the airport’s terminal shuttle. Rail is not 24-hour service; check first/last departures, weekend schedules and elevator alerts before planning your flight.
